Lovely two volume set of the Travels of Marco Polo. Green cloth binding. Pictorial on the front with guilt title and decorative spine. Some damage to the extremities. Previous owners inscription on ffeep: 'To John Manners, From Papa. Mar: 1933' (John Manners being the son of the 9th Duke of Rutland and brother of the 10th Duke of Rutland, Belvoir Castle). In exceptionally good quality with no foxing on prelims or throughout the books. Contents are bright and clear. Maps and illustrations throughout. Overall a lovely set in excellent condition.
