First UK Edition. Original pictorial paper covered boards with yellow cloth spine. In overall good condition although there is a little surface wear to the boards and some loss to the extremities. Tape residue to each of the corners. Spine a little faded. Pictorial end-papers in a good clean bright condition. Previous owners' inscription to the top of the title page and ink mark to one of the prelims. There is the very occasional spot of foxing otherwise a good clean copy. Beautifully illustrated throughout. pp. 40. Overall a good copy. Would make an ideal gift.
