Number 57 limited edition of 312. Bound in red cloth, both volumes are stamped with two beautifully bright gilt crests and bordered along the edges. Pages are large and thick, still bright, with foxing. Spines have the odd small rip and are marginally faded. Faint scratches to the boards. Volume II especially has a long section of stunning plates. Tanning to the endpapers. Volume I: pp.xxxvi+430. Volume II: pp. 434-628. Overall good. Important historical records with great design features. Heavy items.
