Hard back. The front and rear boards are in very good condition showing minimal signs of wear. The spine is a little worn along the top and bottom edges, and he gilt title and design is worn, but still bright. There is a small stamp on the verso of the front board and another stamp and pencil inscription opposite this, all belonging to previous owners. There is also a small date stamp on the rear end papers. The text is clean and readable throughout. pp. lxiv + 476. Overall, a useful and accessible collection of documents for understanding both constitutional history or an interesting period in England's political history
