Both front and rear boards show minimal signs of wear, the front retaining its striking pictorial design very well. Gold gilt title to spine remains very bright, hardly worn. One small mark on bottom edge of pages. Housed in a simple slip case, with some small signs of wear. Front and rear end papers illustrated with a detailed genealogy of the Houses of Lancaster and York. Pages clean throughout with a number of illustrations. pp. xv + 264. Overall, a very good Folio Society copy of Weir's text about the tragedy of the Princes in the Tower, a timeless subject of intrigue, introduced by Ruth Rendell.
