A wonderful Folio Society edition of this classic 1954 play by Dylan Thomas. Very little sign of wear, the front board retaining its striking green design very clearly. Gold gilt titles to the spine remain very bright. The green top edge of the text block is a little faded. Housed in a lilac slip case, with some slight fading to the extremities. Internally, there is some slight fading to the verso of the front board, but the text is otherwise clean throughout. pp. 93. Overall, a wonderful copy of this play, with a number of stunning lithographs, edited and with an introduction by Douglas Cleverdon.
